Bozenna 'Bo' Intrator is a multi-lingual producer, author, director and visual artist. Born and raised in Poland she is something of a world citizen, having lived and worked for significant periods of time in Austria, USA and France.
Bo graduated from New York University in 1990 with a Master of Philosophy degree in German literature and film.
She retains dual citizenship in both Poland and USA.
She is writing poems, short stories, novels, plays and screenplays in Polish, German and English, they were published in the countries where those languages predominate.
She has written, translated and/or adapted numerous pieces for the theatre and for television in Poland and in the USA. Among her TV offerings was the Polish series, HELA W OPALACH, based upon the American series, Grace Under Fire, Królowa i Szekspir - Bozenna's Polish adaptation of Esther Villar's play Tea in Richmond.
Songs with her lyrics are on CDs and in films; A KTO WIE (and who knows) is since 2001 the most often played Christmas Song in Polish Radio and TV stations.
Bo directed plays and music videos. The most recent play she directed in Tarpon Springs, Florida in 2024 was her comedy Third Time's A Charm. Her music videos are in the worldwide distribution. Imagining China and Like Summer Holidays were in the official selections of the Lift-Off Film Festivals in London, New York, Los Angeles and Paris, Like Summer Holidays won the main award in the Holiday short film category at the Avalonia Festival, USA 2023. Between the bigger creative projects Bo has exhibited her paintings and photographs in Austria, Switzerland, Poland and USA.
Bo Intrator was one of the screenwriters and producers of the already critically acclaimed movie I’LL FIND YOU aka MUSIC, WAR AND LOVE - a historical drama with a great international cast that premiered in 2022 in North American cinemas and on various streaming platforms in the USA and Canada, then in 2023 worldwide.
